Supplementary budget introduced early due to Aug polls – Haabazoka – Zambia: News Diggers!

PROFESSOR Lubinda Haabazoka has urged government to improve budget planning and execution to avoid supplementary budgets. On Monday, the National Assembly approved Supplementary Budget Estimates amounting to about K26.3 billion. Commenting on the development in an interview, Prof Haabazoka said the supplementary budget had been introduced early in the year, possibly due to the August elections.
